Honeyed Yogurt and Blueberry Tart with Ginger Crust

This came out beautifully and was a total show stopper at my dinner party. I even lined up the blueberries like in the pic. The only thing I would have done differently is purchased graham cracker crumbs instead of crunching them myself (it was time consuming).

PS—I added strawberries.

Super simple, elegant, healthy, and tastes wonderful! I used a round 9 inch springform pan, because I did not have a 14 x 4 tart pan. I added a touch more honey to the yogurt. I assembled it just before serving because I was afraid the crust would get soggy. The crust tasted great, but it was difficult to cut. There were leftovers I refrigerated, and the next day the crust was better! It wasn't soggy, and it was much easier to cut. I will use this one again and again. (I wound up using about 12 1/2 Honeymaid graham crackers. I put them in my food processor and measured the crumbs until I had the right amount, then I added the other ingredients.)
